May I open several accounts in your program?

No. In the event of multiple registrations from your computer, we can freeze all of your deposits. Also there is no referral commission for refer together with the same IP. In the case members live in the same house who want to make investment under diffirent accounts, please write to us.

How long does it take for my deposit to be added to my account?

Can I do a direct deposit from my account balance?

How can I withdraw funds?

Login to your account using your username and password and check the Withdraw section.

After the Withdrawal request, when will the funds be available on my ecurrency account?

Before submitting a request make sure you have entered your e-currency info in Account Settings. Please know that if you do not have e-currency info on record your withdrawal is considered invalid and it will be processed much slower. It is your responsibility to make sure you payment records are valid and current. Normally, valid withdrawal requests are processed from 0 to 48 hours.

What is the minimum to withdraw from my account?

The minimum requirement to withdraw is to have at least $0.01 in account balance.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes, we pay 1% from every amount of funds deposited by investors who used your unique referral link. We will not pay for investors who were refered by themself, their commission will not be paid.

Can I receive a referral commission without making a deposit?

How do you pay referral commission?
